WeGov General Assembly, in July 2011
news.290711The WeGov consortium met for an action packed 3 day General Assembley, in a beautiful location in Rheinsfel, Germany. The agenda for the three days included hands on workshops where technical & end user partners teamed up to create mock-ups to demonstrate internally a cohesive and consistent vision of the WeGov toolkit. There were also presentations by all partners on the progress made in each work package, as well as general discussions and planning regarding reviewer feedback. A clear and concise review was carried out on resources expenditure, to match it to the activities being carried out within the project. Management issues were also addressed, as were dissemination tasks. Finally a roadmap was arrived at for next steps within the project and milestones were set for both technical and end user partners to work together in creating the second prototype and dashboard interface of the project toolkit. It was agreed by all that the next GA will take place in December 2011 in the UK.
